Last October 28, 2011 Salon Culinaire 2011 was held at Center For Culinary Arts Manila’s main campus at Katipunan to celebrate our future chef’s ability to whip up creative and delectable dishes on different categories.
Salon Culinaire, is an in-house Culinary and Baking Competition that is annually organized by Societe D’ Excellence for the students of Center For Culinary Arts Manila. It aims to give the students of CCA and its satellite schools a chance to further enhance and develop their skills by engaging them into a culinary competition. This would give each students a strong grasp of how it feels like to compete in local and international culinary competitions which will give them strong grasp on some of the fundamental things that a future chefs must acquire, teamwork, adaptability, and creativity.
All the students of CCA, Manila from Levels 1 to 9 were encourage to participate. Some faced the challenge armed with courage, conviction, and knowledge. Everyone showcased their talents and skills, and at the end, some of them emerged triumphant with their unprecedented ability to amaze the judges and their competitors.
