I will be very honest here. I will be painfully honest that I wouldn’t mind throwing caution to the wind by admitting that as a twenty-something foodie who vowed to try even the most sinful of food while she can still get away with it, I can never be a candidate for the most healthiest person ever to walk on earth. Not to mention the kind of work that I have which entails writing, editing, and post processing photos for clients until the ungodly hours of the morning. Suffice it to say, I lead a risky life and truth be told, there’s a lot of ditching to do.
