Last night I was at TGIFriday’s near my place, gorging on their Bacon Cheeseburger when I received a call from my friend Vince who is currently in the US for some business trip. I told him that I was at our favorite hangout all by myself, but the Bacon Cheeseburger and some regulars at TGIFriday’s kept me company. He told me how he misses our TGIFriday’s night out, especially my rants and raves while feasting on margaritas. He’s the only person I know who misses a sight of me with margarita in one hand, and the rest of my life’s musing on the other. Clearly, he is one of my best buddies.
It’s good thing though that there’s TGIFriday’s in Chicago where he is staying for a couple of days before moving for another trip. Foodies that we are, I know that a serving or two of his TGIF’s favorites will make him feel better until it’s time to head back home. Also, lucky he, because TGIFriday’s is currently having a great deal of wonderful promos in Chicago, Indianapolis, Baltimore, and West Palm Beach area.
