Papa John's Pizza and Big Time Treat

November 04, 2012

Despite several pizza places sprouting all over the metro, there are few favorites which I would usually go to whenever a mean pizza cravings would hit me. One of them is Papa John’s Pizza.  Known for using only better ingredients to produce better pizza, Papa John’s Pizza has been serving Filipinos with its quality pizza through its 13 branches all over Metro Manila.

Since Papa John’s Pizza opened its first branch in Robinson’s Galleria on 2010, there are several occasions that I found myself not minding dining alone as long as I can have my fair share of good pizza with a serving of pepperoncini and garlic butter dip on the side.  But then again, good food are always best shared with your loved ones that is why Papa John’s Pizza introduces its on-going promo aptly called Papa John’s Big Time Treats.

Though they offer several pizza variants such as Super Papa, Pepperoni, Spicy Chicken Tropicale, Fisherman’s Catch, Spicy Italian Meatball, Texas Heat, Chicken Bacon Ranch, and Chicken BBQ among many others, my favorite is their Bacon Cheese Burger Pizza.  Packed with ground beef chunks, crisp bacon bits, fresh tomatoes, onions, and cheddar cheese, eating Bacon Cheese Burger Pizza for me is like hitting two birds in one stone; burger and pizza.

While the garlic butter dip is served for dipping the chunky crust handle of the pizza, I prefer to have it poured over the entire pizza and spread chunks of pepperoncini for added bite.

Papa John’s also offers pasta dishes such as Carbonara, Seafood Carbonara, Meatball Bolognaise, and Diablo Burst. They also have new pasta offerings such as Bacon and Cheese Pomodoro, Sausage Mushroom Rosa, and Mediterranean Seafood Linguini. While I haven’t had a chance to taste their new pasta line up, my heart still yearns for their Carbonara from time to time for its known pleasant creaminess.

Appertizers at Papa John’s come in many form such as the Battered Onion Rings, Mozzarella Sticks, and Herbed Parmesan Breadsticks. But one could never go wrong with their Seasoned Potato Wedges in all it’s chunkiness and savory glory.

With several pizzas and other goodies that Papa John’s Pizza has to offer, sharing it with your love ones could turn any simple occasions into grand event.  With this, Papa John’s Pizza is currently offering its Big Time Treats promo to its patron all over Metro Manila.

  1. Papa John's Pizza is one of best ones out there. I always love to munch on the pepperoncini for that extra bite with the pizza :)
