Fire In The Hole is a pop-up spicy noodle food stall located at Hole In The Wall in Century City Mall Makati put up by the same minds behind Wrong Ramen. "Pop-up and spicy" being its operative words since it will only run up until the end of this year and everything on the menu is spicy save for the dessert which can be a welcome respite from all the fiery stuff one could muster to devour.

Its limited run spring forth from the desire to just fill the void of the now defunct Kwong's Provision. Next year, Fire In The Hole will cease to exist as it gives way to a new concept expected to sprout at Hole In The Wall.  With that said, I suggest you better visit Fire In The Hole before its too late.

So what exactly can diners expect at Fire In The Hole, you ask. Well, there are only five dishes comprising the menu. But I tell you, it does not make it less desirable because Fire In The Hole is meant to flirt with your senses. 

Le Petit Souffle

Upon learning that Le Petit Souffle at Century City Mall in Makati is a concept by chef Miko Aspiras together with other partners, I knew from the get go that it is going to be a hit. As expected, days after its opening, food bloggers in Manila and other foodies online started raving about the goodness of the dishes being served at Le Petit. Understandably so, since this French restaurant with a touch of Japanese got renowned chef under its helm.

It took me a while to pay a visit to Le Petit Souffle because that is what usually happens if you are swamped with too much work you can't even recognized yourself in the mirror or if you live up in the mountain (both in my case). Nonetheless, my visit poised me to join the band of people raving about Le Petit. 

Tucked inside the Century City Mall which numbers of foodie places including Hole In The Wall reached an impressive mark in foodies' radar, Le Petit Souffle is one of those which you should not miss.

First 100 customers will get free burgers, first 5 customers in line will get one year supply of burgers (one burger per week), sixth to customers in line will get six months supply of burger (one burger per week), and eleventh to twentieth customer in line will get three months supply of burger (one burger per week).
