Le Petit Souffle

Upon learning that Le Petit Souffle at Century City Mall in Makati is a concept by chef Miko Aspiras together with other partners, I knew from the get go that it is going to be a hit. As expected, days after its opening, food bloggers in Manila and other foodies online started raving about the goodness of the dishes being served at Le Petit. Understandably so, since this French restaurant with a touch of Japanese got renowned chef under its helm.

It took me a while to pay a visit to Le Petit Souffle because that is what usually happens if you are swamped with too much work you can't even recognized yourself in the mirror or if you live up in the mountain (both in my case). Nonetheless, my visit poised me to join the band of people raving about Le Petit. 

Tucked inside the Century City Mall which numbers of foodie places including Hole In The Wall reached an impressive mark in foodies' radar, Le Petit Souffle is one of those which you should not miss.

ALQUERIA Tapas, Paellas Y Bistecas in SM Megamall, The Rebirth

Alqueria in SM Megamall is a Spanish restaurant formerly known as Boqueria. When friends and some of Manila Food Bloggers I follow started talking about Alqueria online, I was under the impression that it is a new concept to hit the lines of restaurants at Mega Fashion Hall. Turns out, it is a renamed version Boqueria with a little bit of revamped thrown in for a good measure.

Specializing in Spanish cuisine including the well-loved churros con chocolate, Alqueria is established by one of today's successful restaurateurs Marvin Agustin. Joining him in this venture are fellow great names in entertainment industry namely Agot Isidro, Mylene Dizon, celebrity stylist Liz Uy, and ABS-CBN president Charo Santos-Concio. 

The creative minds behind Alqueria may be star studded but what shines the most in this league is the band of great tasting Spanish dishes poised to satisfy Alqueria's diners - whether Spanish cuisine-lovers or otherwise.

Hey guys, so for a while now I have been dishing out stories of my food adventures here at YedyLicious Manila Food Blog. And as we all know, the restaurants and food businesses featured here are those which I deem Best in Manila (Again, I don’t believe in wasting time writing about those which I only got lukewarm enthusiasm about) Suffice it to say that while I appreciate and heed to your generous recommendations, everything I have featured here are my personal choice.

I have always been grateful to those of you who make my opinion and recommendation matter and count.
