Dim Sum Buffet at Crystal Jade Shanghai Delight in Greenhills is currently staging its repeat for dim sum lovers out there who wants to indulge on unlimited dim sum all-you-can feast. Available during weekdays dinner from May 26 to June 30, Dim Sum Buffet at Crystal Jade Greenhills is priced at only Php488+ per person and it comes with unlimited iced tea / hot tea already.
I've already tried the Unlimited Dim Sum Feast at Crystal Jade both in Greenhills and The Fort, and I must say that theirs are one of my favorite dim sum buffet promo. So I did not let this chance passed by to once again partake of their lovely feast and I must say, I still find it as enjoyable and filling as before.
There are decent dim sum selections to choose from and everything is of Crystal Jade's quality. Hence, given its affordable price, I must say it is already a bang for your buck.
Just like before, the buffet promo is inclusive of unlimited hot tea and iced tea. And when dining in group of 4 or more, a serving of Yang Chow Fried Rice will be given as complimentary treat.
I visited Crystal Jade in Greenhills to check out their Weekdays Dinner Dim Sum Buffet promo and below is the list and photos of the dim sum selections included in the promo.
Cold Cucumber with Minced Garlic in Sesame Oil
- a refreshing appetizer to whet one's palate. I love cucumber so I find this really enjoyable, but regardless if you love cucumber or not, I must say you should not skip this dish.
Steamed Soupy Pork Dumpling "Xiao Long Bao"
- As I have previously written, it's Crystal Jade's Xiao Long Bao, people.
Pork Dumpling with Hot Chili Sauce
- This is definitely my favorite dim sum in the pack. I love that the hot chili sauce is not too overpowering. I even remember raving about it in my previous Crystal Jade's Dim Sum Buffet blog post.
Deep-fried Spring Roll
- People with affinity to our local spring roll or lumpia may find delight in servings after servings of this classic favorite.
Steamed Vegetable Dumpling
- I am a hardcore meat eater but I still find this dim sum a delight to the palate. Veggie lovers will definitely love this treat.
"Beijing" Pork Dumpling
- It is still as flavorful and as filling as I remember it to be. It's perfect with your usual soy and calamansi dippings but I find it more enjoyable with the sauce used for the Xiao Long Bao.
Pan-fried Shanghai Pork Bun
- If you love the local bola-bola siopao variant, you might also like this pan-fried Shanghai Pork Bun of Crystal Jade. Ask the server to serve you the ones with crisp bottom parts because I tell you, it adds amazing flavor to the experience.
Steamed Pork & Shrimp Dumpling with Crab Roe "Siew Mai"
- I still have yet to meet someone who is not in love with Crystal Jade's Siew Mai because as of now, everyone I know is crazy about it. I cannot blame them though, I myself is crazy in love with this dim sum that I remember having 4 servings of it during our visit.
Flour Roll (Fried or Steamed)
- This is your usual mantou which an be had fried or steamed. Personally, I prefer the fried one because it goes perfectly well with the condensed milk it is served with.
Steamed Spare Ribs with Black Bean Sauce
- Still one of the best steamed spare ribs I have tasted. To this day, I still crave for rice whenever I am having this at Crystal Jade.
Steamed Chicken Feet with Black Bean Sauce
- I am not really a big chicken feet fanatic but I must say that Crystal Jade really did a great job with their own rendition. I was not able to try it on my previous visit at Crystal Jade and I am glad that I did this time. It was so flavorful that I had a second serving of it which is unusual.
Pan-fried Carrot Cake with Dried Shrimp & Preserved Meat
- Carrot cake or radish cake, whatever you call it, it is still a winner for me. I particularly love it when it's a bit toasted for added texture and flavor.
As mentioned, selections are not that wide but are pretty decent considering its price. I had one round of everything on the list then asked for several servings more of my favorites such as the Pork Dumpling with Hot Chili Sauce, Steamed Pork & Shrimp Dumpling with Crab Row "Siew Mai", Pan-fried Carrot Cake with Dried Shrimp & Preserved Meat, Steamed Chicken Feet with Black Bean Sauce, and the Steamed Soupy Pork Dumpling "Xiao Long Bao".
Now for the fun part.
