Good food and good music, these are just some of the things that fuels Robinsons Deli Music Festival – a battle of the band event which also features delicious deli products guests may avail during the festival. I am not sure about you but if these two things are combined, I am pretty confident that it will be an event well worth it.
Robinsons Deli Music Festival is basically a battle of the band event held on different dates and different Robinsons Supermarket stores nationwide. The competition and the elimination rounds happened the previous month while the grand finals will be held at Robinsons Place Manila on September 9.

A festival wouldn’t be complete without food of course, hence, the event also features different deli products which guests may enjoy.
Prior to the event proper where talented amateur bands competed against each other, there were also some exciting games for the mall shoppers who visit the festival. The event is free admission so those who participated on the games and won were really lucky.
The battle of the band portion was hosted by Kuya Tonipet Gaba which sheer talent and charm made the festivity more exciting. This leg of the competition was an elimination round so you can really see how the competing bands showcase their talents and do their best.
One of the guest judges was the rockstar chef Laudico who had a quick cooking demo using the best ingredients which can be found at the Deli section of Robinsons Supermarket. Some of these products includes Tender Juicy Hotdogs, CDO Products, Frabelle Foods Products, Swift, Mekeni, Virginia, Aguila, Hotsa, Pampanga’s Best, Marby, Seniorita, and Bounty Fresh.
Also a guest judge, Ebe Dancel performed one set of his popular songs which in my opinion was one of the highlights of the event.
After the elimination round, bands who will advanced to the grand finals were chosen and will compete for the grand finals of Deli Music Festival at Robinsons Place Manila on Septemer 9, 2016.
