An Easy Creamy & Cheesy Pasta Recipe with Real California Cheese

We have been told since time immemorial to drink our glass of milk everyday and that a well-balanced diet with dairy products on it can help us achieve optimum health. I grew up a healthy kid with a big appetite for anything dairy. With that, I am sharing with you a simple and yet delicious cheesy pasta recipe using cheese made with Real California Cheese. This Creamy and Cheesy Pasta is what I always prepare whenever my nephews visit me or whenever I am craving for something fast and delicious. It is also something I usually make when I hanker for the creaminess and distinct taste of cheese. It is one of my comfort food, truth be told. 

Creamy and Cheesy Pasta Recipe

Ingredients:

200g spaghetti (any pasta of your choice)

150ml cooking cream

1 cup of grated Real California Cheese of your choice (I use combination of Point Reyes Toma Cheese and Fiscalini Bandage Wrapped Cheddar) 

5 cloves of garlic 

½ cup of chopped parsley 

Salt and pepper 

Oil  

Procedure:

1. Cook pasta according to package direction, then set aside. 

2. In a pan, sauté onion in oil until slightly brown in oil on medium heat.

3. Add cream and the grated Real California Cheese. Mix continuously to avoid the mixture from burning.

4. Add in the cooked pasta then mix.

5. Put a pinch of pepper and salt to taste.

6. Put chopped parsley and mix well.

7. Serve hot.

One of the many things that I love about this recipe, aside from its easy procedure is the fact that it can taste delicious different every time I make it depending on the cheese that I use – provided that I am using Real California Cheeses of course. You can do with just a single type of Real California Cheese, whichever is your favorite brand and you can also combine cheese just like what I would normally do.
