Cebu Food Tour with Food Crew PH #FoodCrewPHGoesLocal

Where to eat when in Cebu? What are the best restaurants in Cebu? What are the new restaurants in Cebu? Where to find the best lechon Cebu? How is the food scene in Cebu? Is it fun to go on a food trip in Cebu? These are just some of the questions I had in mind and fortunately was able to answer when I joined the Cebu Food Tour with the Food Crew PH recently.

Truth be told and not to offend anyone, I have several favorite places in the Philippines (Palawan is the current apple of my eye, food trip blog posts soon!) and Cebu is not really something I am too enthusiastic to visit. I guess it is because of the notion that it is just another Manila. This tour however show me of the delicious charm that The Queen City of the South has.

This is the first time that I am writing about Food Crew PH here at YedyLicious hence, an introduction is in order. 

World Bread Day at Robinsons Supermarket

Last October 7, 2016, Robinsons Supermarket kicks off its annual month-long celebration of World Bread Day at Robinsons Place Antipolo. With highlight on “Great Deals at 5” promo, this marks as Robinsons Supermarket’s 6th year in celebrating the said event.

The Great Deals at 5 promo include savings of PHP 5.00, additional 5 Robinsons Rewards Card points and 5% discount on bread products for the whole month of October.

Customers can also purchase items ranging from eggs to milk for only PHP 5.00 when they purchase PHP 175.00 worth of any bread and/or cupcake. The PHP 5.00 collected from the purchase of these items will be donated to World Vision.

Wolfgang's Steakhouse Philippines at Resorts World Manila

It was a lunch gathering I almost missed, my first visit at Wolfgang's Steakhouse Philippines located at the Newport Mall of Resorts World Manila. Good thing that I got friends who share the same affinity for manly meat and who are considerate enough to knock some sense to me that luncheon such as this should not be missed - I am lucky.

And of course, any self-respecting meat lover wouldn't pass on the chance to dine at critically acclaimed steakhouse from New York City and is said to be the first and the only steakhouse in the country which has its own dry aging room.

Much has been said about Wolfgang's Steakhouse by Wolfgang Zwiener since it opened its first branch here in the Philippines. Its history is quite impressive since Wolfgang Zwiener boasts of 40 years experience as a head waiter at the famous Peter Luger's steakhouse in New York.
